试论明代对官员生活行为的法律和制度约束

Discussion of the Legal and Institutional Restriction of Officials' Behavior in Ming Dynasty

官员作为具有特殊身份的群体,在国家政治生活中占据着特殊地位.他们行为得当则维护国体尊严,保障国家利益,否则,就会使百姓对国家失望,间接影响国家统治的稳固.所以明王朝在注重约束其职务行为的同时,也对其生活行为进行严格限制.本文通过明代对官员生活行为的约束,从侧面阐述了这种约束在社会发展中的作用.

As a special status group,Officials have special position in the politic al life.If they be-have properly,the national prestig e,dignity,and interests are saved.Otherwise,the people will be disappointed,thus influencing the foundation of government.So in Ming Dynasty,the living behavior was strictly restricted.In the end,the author also states how these restrictions influenced social development.
