摘要
目的 :了解慢性肾功能衰竭 (CRF)患者的血清脂蛋白质a[Lp(a) ]的变化。方法 :采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定 38例CRF患者血清Lp(a)水平 ,并与 4 0例正常人对照。结果 :CRF患者血清Lp(a)明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :CRF患者易发生动脉粥样硬化 (AS) ,并发心肌梗死、脑血管和周围血管疾病的机率较高。
Objective:To investigate the change of serum lipoprotein(a) in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods: Lp(a) level in serum was determined by ELISA in 38 patients with CRF and in 40 healthy subjects.Results: The levels of Lp(a) were higher in CRF patients than that in healthy subjects(P<0.01).Conclusion: It indicates that the patients with CRF would be susceptible to have arterial lipoidosis and cardiac infarction and cerebral arteriosclerosis.
