摘要
目的 :探讨解脲脲原体 (UU)感染与异位妊娠的关系。方法 :5 8例异位妊娠妇女和 70例健康妇女 ,取其宫颈分泌物进行UU分离培养。结果 :异位妊娠组宫颈分泌物UU阳性率为 39.7% ,高于对照组阳性率 8.6 % ,两组比较差异具有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :解脲脲原体感染可能是增加异位妊娠发生率的原因之一。
Objective: To explore the relationship between Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) infection and ectopic pregnancy. Methods:By incubating and separating UU from cervical secretion sampled, 58 cases of ectopic pregnancy and 70 cases of normal reproduction were studied in the hospital from 2001 to 2003. Results:In the ectopic group more patients showed positive UU (positive rate 39.7%) than that in the nomal group (8.6%). Conclusion:The study demonstrates that ectopic pregnancy is highly related with Ureaplasma urealytiom infection .
