摘要
结合新体育与健康教学大纲重新构建了体育教学新体系。这种体系在对大学生进行系统的体育与健康教育的基础上,使学生掌握健身理论知识和科学健身的方法;通过大学体育教育使学生掌握1~2项体育特长,培养了学生健身锻炼的意识、兴趣和习惯,为学后体育、终身体育打下良好基础;改革了教学评价体系,实现了从终结评价到终结评价与过程评价相结合的过渡,从内容单一的评价向多元评价的过渡;注重学习的过程,把学生进步的幅度作为一项重要的考核指标。实践证明,这种体育教学新体系是可行的。
In accordance with the new syllabus of Sports and Health,a new P.E. system was reconstructed. This system could help the students command bodybuilding knowledge,theory and methods on the basis of systematic sports and health education. Meanwhile,it could help them grasp one to two sports skills. Through this system,the students could go in for long term sports exercises and become interested in sports so that they could form the habit of having lifetime physical exercises. This system gave an evaluation (combined) with final evaluation and process evaluation,changing from the simplified evaluation to pluralistic evaluation. Attention was paid to the process of learning and the students' progress was taken as an important part of testing. This system proved to be feasible.
