Process controlling on yarn evenness of polyester FDY fine filament

通过涤纶细旦FDY纺程上生产工艺条件的调整试验,分析了纺丝温度、单丝线密度、纤维截面、缓冷区的高度、喷丝板板面直径、冷却条件及集束上油、预网络、拉伸温度对条干均匀度的影响。

Through the adjustment experiment of polyester FDY finefilament on production process condition,the influence of spinning temperature,filament linear density,fiber section,annealed zone height,spinneret plate diameter,cooling condition,collection oiling,prenetwork,stretch temperature on yarn evenness were analyzed.
