分析了中小型图书馆文献编目质量规范方面的问题 ,对提高编目人员的规范意识、编目数据著录规范、学习与使用标目法与机读目录格式、数据格式标准化及标目规范控制工作范围。

Based on an analysis of the problems of the quality control and standardization of literature cataloguing in small- and medium-sized libraries, the author expounded the five aspects such as improving cataloguists' standardization awareness, conforming catalog data description, learning to use heading principles, MARC format and standardized data format and determining the range of heading quality control, and drawing up subdivision rules of catalog quality control.
