HLA单倍型相合骨髓移植的骨髓粒单祖细胞和造血功能的动态观察

摘要 本文报告1例HLA单倍型相合急性淋巴细胞白血病骨髓移植成功造血功能恢复情况。通过与HLA相合者比较,HLA单倍型相合骨髓移植后不影响骨髓粒单祖细胞(CFU-GM)和造血功能恢复速度;急性严重移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)可抑制CFU-GM生长和造血功能的恢复。骨髓CFU-GM测定不但是骨髓移植植活的最早观察指标,而且可能是骨髓抑制的最早反应。 This article reports a continuance of regular kinetic observation of the recovery of granulocyticmonocyte colony forming cell (CFU-GM) in bone marrow and hematopoietic function on one case of acute lymphoid leukemia before and after HLA-haloidentical bone marrow transplantation. Comparing this case with HLA-identical bone marrow transplantation, we discover three phenomena which were as follows: One was that HLA-haploidentical bone marrow transplantation does not affect the speed of recovery of CFU-GM and hematopoietic function, another was that acute severe GVHD can supress both the growth of CFU-GM and the recovery of hemotopoietic function, and the last one was that the measurement of CFU-GM of bone marrow was not only the most early and valuable sign of successful bone marrow transplantation but also the earlist reaction of restraint of bone marrow.
