多发性肌炎、皮肌炎的临床与肌电图(附41例报告)

Clinical Manifestations and Electromyographies of polymyositis and Dermatomyositis-Report of 41 Cases

多发性肌炎、皮肌炎的临床表现多样化,尤其对于轻型患者鉴别诊断更加困难。本文报道41例患者的临床表现、血清肌酶、病理及肌电图检查结果,经配对卡方检验,LDH诊断敏感度高于CPK(P<0.05)。着重分析了肌电图所见及其应用价值和病理活检的局限性。强调全面检查和综合分析。

The Clinical Manifestations of polymyositis and dermatomyositis vary greatly. It is more difficult to distinguish the mild cases from others. The results of clinical manifestations, biochemical tests, muscularbiopsies and electromyographies in 41 cases were reported. By couple chi-square test, the diagnostic sensitivity of LDH was superior to that of CPK (P<0. 05). The electromyographical manifestations and its value, limitation of muscular biopsies were analysised. To check comprehensively and analyse synthetically was emphasized.
