摘要
以棉籽油为原料,以冰醋酸与水的混合物作为反应溶剂,用臭氧氧化法制备壬二酸。研究了物料配比、催化剂用量、时间、温度对反应的影响。并采用丙酮淋洗、活性炭吸附脱色法精制壬二酸取得到了较好的效果。实验表明:当物料配比为1∶4(质量比),催化剂用量为混和脂肪酸质量的0.12%,氧化分解温度为90~100℃,氧化分解时间为4h时,产品收率为48.2%,纯度为97.6%。
This paper studied the preparation of azelaic acid from ozonolysis of the cottonseed oil. Using the mixture of glacial acetic acid and water as the reaction solvent, the main factors of the reaction such as the ratio of material,the amount of the catalyst and the oxidation time, the temperature of the oxidation were studied. After washing the azelaic acid with the acetone,using carbon to absorb and refine it. The results showed that the yield of azelaic acid is 48.2% with the purity of 97.6% when the ratio of material is 1∶4,the amount of catalyst is 0.12% of the fatty acids,the oxidation temperature is 90~100℃,the oxidation time is 4 h.
