碳四烃催化裂解制丙烯反应过程中尾气分析

摘要 采用2阀2柱HP6890气相色谱运行系统,通过HPPLOT/Al2O3"S"毛细管柱分析有机烃类,并用FID检测,13 X分子筛填充柱分析氢气,用TCD检测,建立了碳四烃催化裂解制丙烯反应尾气分析方法。结果表明:标准样品的分析结果标准偏差不大于4%,实际样品测试结果可保障物料平衡在98%以上。 Based on a model HP6890 gas chromatography equipped with two switching valves, a quartz capillary column and a packed column, the method for determination hydrogen and hydrocarbons components from off gas for propylene production in C^+_4 olefins catalytic cracking was established . HP PLOT/Al_2O_3 'S' capillary column and 13-X molecular sieve packed column were used to analyze hydrocarbons and hydrogen respectively ,and hydrogen flame ionization detector and thermal conductivity detector were used to detect them respectively . The result showed the standard deviation for standard sample was less than 4% and mass balance based on actual sample could ensure 98% or more.
