摘要
紫胶蚧成虫期是分泌紫胶的关键时期。当紫胶蚧进入成虫期后,每隔 2周取样测定种群密度、虫体重、个体泌胶量。结果表明,紫胶蚧雌成虫群体密度与虫体重、个体泌胶量都存在线性关系。紫胶蚧成虫初期每雌虫每天净增加泌胶量 2. 54×10-4 mg,中期每雌虫每天净增加泌胶量 1. 98×10-4 mg,中、后期每雌虫每天净增加泌胶量 6. 25×10-5 mg。个体泌胶量与成虫期历期有关,成虫期历期越长,紫胶蚧个体泌胶量越大。在紫胶蚧适宜的温度、湿度范围内,温湿系数大的地方,紫胶蚧个体泌胶量大。
Adult stage is the key period for lac secreting when lac insect enters adult stage. Population dynamics and lac secreting of lac insect are studied through, measuring population density, cell weight and amount of lac secreted by per female adult every two weeks. The results are as follows. There exist linear relationships between density of female adult and cell weight, and amount of lac secreted. At the initial stage, lac insect secretes the largest amount of lac, the net lac increase reaches 2.54×10^(-4) mg by per adult female daily; in the middle satge, lac insect secrets lac relatively slowly, the net increase lac is 1.98×10^(-4) mg by per adult female per day; at the end stage of adult female, lac insect secretes lac most slowly, the net increase lac is 6.25×10^(-5) mg by per adult female per day. There is correlationship between the amount of lac secreted by per adult female and the span of adult female, the correlation index is 0.911 6, the longer the span of adult female, the more lac secreted by per adult female. Under suitable temperature and relative humidity, the bigger the ratio of relative humidity to temperature, the more lac secreted by per adult female.
