神经肿瘤的生物信息学研究进展
Research Advances of Bioinformatics in Neuro-Oncology
摘要
生物芯片和生物信息学是伴随“人类基因组计划”的推进而诞生的高通量分子信息分析手段和技术,在神经肿瘤的研究领域也越来越深入和广泛的应用,目前主要有肿瘤标记物研究、构建肿瘤相关的数据库、开发肿瘤治疗药物以及对肿瘤基因表达谱作系统地分析。
