摘要
药物遗传学为研究影响药物治疗结果的遗传学(基因)因素的学科。该文主要对药物遗传学与肿瘤药物治疗(包括药物治疗结果与毒副反应)、分子靶向治疗的关系进行综述。
Pharmacogenetics is a subject that studies genetic background influencing the therapeutic response.The relationship between pharmacogenetics and drug therapy(including treatment outcome and toxicity),and molecular target therapy of cancer are discussed in this review.
