摘要
作者总结了我院自1977年至1991年收治的4例自发性食管破裂。4例均被误诊,2例经保守治疗治愈。对本病的发生和诊治问题做了初步探讨。
This paper reported 4 cases with spontaneous rupture of the esophagus admitted from 1977 to 1991. The first diagnosis of all four cases misdiagnosed. 2 cases were cured by the conservative therapy. Pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of the disease were discussed.
