高效毛细管电泳法测定注射用头孢拉定的含量

Determination of the Content of Cefradine for Injection by HPCE

目的 :建立以高效毛细管电泳法测定注射用头孢拉定含量的方法。方法 :运行缓冲液为25mmol/L四硼酸钠 (pH=9 2) ,进样量为50kPa×5s ,分离电压为20kV ,温度为25℃ ,检测波长为254nm ,内标为地塞米松磷酸钠。结果 :头孢拉定检测浓度在4～20μg/ml范围内线性关系良好 (r=0.9997) ,平均回收率为99.07 % (n=5 ,RSD=2 18 % )。结论 :本方法简单、快捷、灵敏 ,可为头孢拉定质量控制提供参考。

OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPCE method for determination of the content of cefradine for injection.METHO_ DS:Taking25mmol/L tetraborate buffer(pH=9.2)as running fluid,high pressure sample adding50kPa×5s,constant voltage20kV,temperature25℃,detection wavelength254nm and internal standard dexamethasone sodium phosphate.RESULTS:The calibration curve was linear in the range of4～20μg/ml for cefradine(r=0.9997).The average recovery of cefradine was99.07%(n=5,RSD=2.18%).CONCLUSION:This method is simple,quick and sensitive.
