通过文献资料、专家访谈和综合分析等方法从人文的视角审视奥林匹克运动历史的发展 ,认为“人文奥运”拓展了蕴含在奥林匹克运动中人文思想的适用范围 ,从现代社会更广阔的层面上提出了人文的问题。“人文奥运”的思想突破了奥林匹克运动人文理念的适用范围 ,在人文内涵上有所丰富的创造和发展。奥林匹克运动虽然从一开始就包含着人文思想 ,然而自觉地从人文的视角审视奥林匹克运动的发展 ,当属中国 2 0 0 8年北京奥运。“人文奥运”的提出既涉及体育伦理的思想理念 ,也涉及经济全球化中的文化问题。这对于奥林匹克精神的弘扬、东西方文化的交流与结合和建设奥林匹克运动跨文化、跨民族、跨国度的世界性文化体系 ,都是具有重要历史意义的。

By using the method of documentary,investigation,interview and comprehensive analysis, this article from eyeing the development of the Olympic Games with a humanism point of view,. Based on the concept of Green Olympics and Hi-tech Olympics, Human Olympics does include the development of ecological environment and Hi-tech industry, which are both people-oriented. Therefore the proposal of Human Olympics not only extended the human spirit contained in the Olympic games. And Beijing has set a good example in regarding consciously the development of the Olympic Games as people-oriented. Humanism Olympics involves both sport ethics and cultural issues in the environment of economic globalization. On grand, the cultures in the West and the East interchange and combine and build humble Olympic Sports step culture and nation and world culture system have historical significance.
