Research on Asset-Backed Securitization Financing Problems in China Sports Industry

体育产业资产证券化作为一种新型的资产处理方式和融资工具 ,目前已成为全球体育产业资本市场最主要的融资方式 ,并迅速成为全球体育产业资本市场上发展的重要推动力量。但在我国正处于探索和起步阶段 ,对于正逐步融入全球一体化的中国体育产业来说 ,体育产业资产证券化有利于推动体育产业资本市场的发展。在分析体育产业资产证券化的含义和本质特征的基础上 ,着重讨论了体育产业资产证券化的适用条件和对我国体育产业发展的作用 ,并提出了发展我国体育产业资产证券化的政策建议。

The introduction of asset-backed securitization(ABS) of sports industry as a new form and technique of financing. It had become the main manner of financing the sports industrial capital market in globalization and important shove power of development the sports industrial capital market in globalization. Still at the beginning and stage in China, at aim of economic globalization it will benefit China in the following aspects. It will stimulate the development of the sports industrial capital market in China. This paper analyzes nature character and meaning of ABS, discusses apply condition of ABS and for positive role of sports industry the development in China and put forward policy suggestions of the development ABS in China.
