Hydatid Disease of Heart and Pericardium

本文报告6例单纯型和复杂型心脏(心室和心房)包虫病、心包包虫病。本病的X线检查殊为重要,本组6例凭借X线检查等客观资料的具体分析,术前做出了正确诊断。超声学检查能突出显示囊性或实性肿物。X线检查和超声学检查的结合应视为诊断本病的首选方式,根据诊断需要与可能还应重视心血管造影和电影摄影、数字减影(DSA),电算体层(CT)、磁共振(MR)等先进影像技术的应用,以发现与证实更多疑难的病例。

Hydatid disease of heart and pericardium is rare. Six cases are reported in this article ineluding hydatid disease of the heart (ventricle and atria), Pericardium and purulent cardiac hydatidosis, and purulent hydatid pericarditis. The X-ray examination is very important for diagnosis. In this series, correct diagnosis was made before the operation in all cases. According to the concrete analysis of the X-ray feature and the echonologic examination, the nature of the mass can be demonstrated obviously (cystic or solid). The combination of X-ray and echonologic examination are the best method for the diagnosis of hydatid disease. We ought to stress the use of the forerunner imaging techniques such as cardioangiography and cinecardiography, DSA, CT, MR etc. for discovering and proving more difficult cases of the cardiac and pericardiac echinoceccosis.
