摘要
作者对阿苯哒唑及左旋哒唑联合防治肝、腹部包虫病进行了实验研究。结果显示:LMS及ABZ均能有效阻止CE原头蝴及AE感染材料在小鼠腹腔内的生长、发育,明显降低感染率及CE包囊的数量,与LMS及ABZ单独用药相比,两者联合用药效果更佳,似有协同作用。在药物的作用下,仍有部分CE原头蚴及AE感染材料能够在小鼠腹腔内生存、生长及发育,且其角质层及生发层的病理改变与对照组相比无显著性差异。提示包虫囊肿对药物耐药性的产生。实验治疗结果表明LMS对已形成的CE及AE包囊均无明显影响。ABZ对两者均有一定疗效,与此相比,LMS及ABZ联合用药效果更佳,两者均可引起包虫囊肿角质层及生发层的变性、坏死。但程度有明显差异,ABZ引起的病理变化以生发层变性为主,而联合用药组则以生发层的坏死、脱落为主,显示LMS能有效地增强ABZ的效果。对AE实验治疗小鼠腹腔包虫组织进行重种植实验,接种于同种系小鼠腹腔内,各组均有包虫囊肿再生,表明药物的作用较局限,尚不能完全杀灭包虫组织,使其丧失再生能力。
The aim of this study is to determine, in an animal model, whether vaible protoscoleces of Eg and metacestode tissue of Em injected into peritoneal cavity will be killed and inhibited from implantation by a post-operative course of Levamisole (LMS) and Albendazole (ABZ), and to take the evaluation of efficacy of LMS and ABZ in the treatment of hepatic and abdominal hydatidosis. Mice were used as model and separated into four groups at random, in each experiment, it is, L group (treated with LMS), A group (ABZ), AL group (ABZ and LMS) and control group (untreated), 25 mice each group. ABZ was given as medicinal food (500ppm, 60~70mg/kg/D). LMS in solution (100mg%, 1mg/D) The experiment was divided in two parts, prevention and chemotherapy. Prevention: Just after mice received approximately 1000 protoscoleces of Eg and 25mg metacestode tissue of Em by intraperitoneal injection, drugs were given for 90 days continuously. Then all mice were killed and necropsied as to observe the effect of drugs. The results reveal that LMS and ABZ can significantly reduce the number of infected mice inoculated. Treated with LMS and ABZ (AL group), comparing each A group and L group, the results is statistically encouraging. It shows that treatment with two sorts of drugs, LMS and ABZ, may produces better efficacy than solely. Chemotherapy: 90 days after mice were infected, drugs were given for 80 days, then the mice were necrospied. The results indicate that LMS has no effect on cystic echinococcosis and alveolar echinococcosis. 80 days treatment of infected mice with ABZ resulted in reductions of metacestode weight of Eg and Em. The damaged germinal layer were observed in histological sections, in AL group, the results are better than other group and drugs destroyed largely the germinal layer. It shows that LMS can increases the efficacy of ABZ against metacestode of Eg and Em, though LMS has no effect on it. Mice infected with transplantation of approximately 25mg metacestode tissue of Em from mice treated with drugs for 80 days; 90 days later. the mice were detected by necropsy and observed that there were still live and growing metacestode of Em in peritoneal cavity. It reveals the durgs cannot kill the metacestode of Eg and Em entirely, only inhibit it from growing and proliferation, partly damage and destroy it.
