骆驼蓬籽治疗小鼠腹腔棘球蚴和泡球蚴的效果 被引量:18

摘要 作者报道了用含骆驼蓬(Peganum harmala L)籽提取液5%的药食喂养人工接种腹腔继发性棘球蝴和泡球蝴小鼠,疗程60~120d,实验结果发现对鼠体内的棘球蝴和泡球蚴均有抑制生长的作用。与对照组相比,对棘球蝴与泡球蚴囊的大小、数量及囊重进行了观察,囊重减轻率分别为59%~63%与54%(P<0.05)。光镜和透射电镜观察,可见用药组棘球蚴囊壁角质层与生发膜被损伤。 This paper reported the therapeutic effect of Peganum harmala seed against cystic hydatid and alveolar hydatid. The drug is Peganum harmala seed which is 100% solution. (It means: 100ml drug was extracted from 100g Peganum harmala seed.) The mice, that have the experimentally infected cystic hydatid and alveolar hydatid in abdominal cavity, were fed the cake containing 5%(ml/g) this drug for 60~90 days. The growth of both cystic hydatid and alveolar hydatid was effectively restrained. The number and size of the cyst were smaller than the control, and the reduction rates of cyst weight were 59~63% and 54% respectively (P<0.05). Light microscopic observation revealed: germinal and laminated layers of the treated were fallen to piece; laminatid layer were eosinophilic, vacuolated and away from germinal layer; sometimes macrophages infiltrated into hydatid cyst. Electron microscopic observation on the wall of hydatid cyst revealed that tegument was necrotic; cell membrane was broken and plasma was spilled; there are numerous lipid droplets and lysosomes in cyton area.
