摘要
在机械传动试验台基础上,设计了计算机辅助测试系统、改进硬件设计电路;实现对转 速、转矩、功率以及运动误差等物理量的在线测试,进而完成实验数据的处理。通过这样的改造,极 大地提高了测试和控制的精度。
This paper describes the study of the whole computer aided test system and the new design of the hardware circuit on the basis of the old mechanical transmission test-bed ,and then the real-time test results to the rotate speed、 torque 、power and error of movement is given by the operation in the system ,the results leads to the final experiment data processing .The system extreme improves the accuracy in the test and control operation .
