摘要 随着西电东送规模不断加大, 广东受端电网自身的电源建设对电网稳定运行和提高接受外区电力能力尤为重要。为此, 结合广东电网规划和外区送电情况, 重点研究了“十一五”计划以后广东电网电源布局对接受外区电力能力影响。结论是广东规划的大型电源应根据外区送电落点及其采用的送电方案, 进行合理布局,使潮流分布更为均匀, 以利于提高接受外区电力的能力。 With the development of Chinas “west-to-east power transmission” program,the power plant construction of Guangdong power network as the receiving end has become extremely important to the stable operation of the power grid and the improvement on outside electricity receiving capacity.In the light of the power grid planning of Guangdong and its outside electricity receiving situation,this paper emphatically deals with the influence of power plant distribution in Guangdong on the capacity of receiving outside electricity after the 11th Five-Year Plan. It is concluded that large power plants should be rationally planned according to outside electricity receiving locations and the power transmission schemes used,thus further equalizing the load flow distribution and improving the capacity of receiving outside electricity.
