液氮冷冻治疗肺包虫囊肿(附4例报告)

The Treatment of Lung Hydatid Cyst Using Fluid Nitrogen Freezing Method(Report of 4 Cases)

本文报告液氮冷冻治疗肺包虫囊肿4例5次的体会。全组无手术死亡,3例术后摘除冰球复温后伊红染色原头蚴着色率为95％以上,说明原头蚴死亡,术后无复发的可能性。4例随访5年均无复发。并对液氮冷冻治疗的适应证和手术方法等进行了讨论。

This paper reported the experience of 4 cases (5 procedures) in treating lung hydatid cyst using fluid nitrogen freezing method. There was no mortality in this series. After the iceball was pulled out, the eosinstaining positive rate of protoscoleces in 3 cases was over 95％. It demonstrated the death of protoscoleces. Therefore, there was no posibility of recurrence. In a five-year follow-up no recurrence was found. The indication of this operative method using fluid nitrogen freezing was discussed.
