摘要
以六甲基二硅氧烷和甲基二氯硅烷为原料 ,通过水解、平衡反应和分馏 ,得到了1 1 1 3 5 5 5 -七甲基三硅氧烷和 1 1 1 3 5 7 7 7-八甲基四硅氧烷 ;再与烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚进行硅氢加成反应 ,合成了三硅氧烷乙氧基化物和四硅氧烷乙氧基化物。用FT -IR对产品结构进行了表征 ,并测定了它们的表面张力。结果表明 ,三硅氧烷乙氧基化物和四硅氧烷乙氧基化物的表面张力分别为 2 0 2mN/m和 2 2 4mN/m。
1113555 heptamethyltrisiloxane and 11135777 octamethyltetrasiloxane were prepared from hexamethyldisiloxane and methyldichlorosilane by hydrolysis,catalytical balance and fractional distillation.Then trisiloxane ethoxylate and tetrasiloxane ethoxylate with allyl polyoxyethylene ether were prepared by hydrosilylation addition reaction,which were characterized by FT IR and the surface tensions of the product were determined.The results showed that surface tensions of trisiloxane ethoxylate and tetrasiloxane ethoxylate were 20 2 mN/m and 22 4 mN/m respectively.
