摘要 以有机硅树脂为基料 ,铝粉和云母粉为填料 ,制备了耐 5 0 0℃高温的密封材料 ;该材料经 5 0 0℃× 36h老化实验后 ,密封压力≥ 1 0MPa。以有机硅树脂为基料 ,云母粉、滑石粉、硅微粒、氧化铝为填料 ,氧化铁为颜料 ,制备了耐 80 0℃高温的密封材料 ;该材料经 80 0℃× 36h老化后 ,表面无变化 ,密封压力≥ 2 5MPa。这两种密封材料均可以用于金属缝隙的高温密封和金属表面的高温防护。 The packing material with high temperature resistance to 500 ℃ was prepared by taking silicone resin as basic material,powdered aluminum and mica powder as filler,which could endure 500 ℃×36 h ageing process and had sealing pressure greater than or equal to 1 0 MPa.The packing material with high temperature resistance to 800 ℃ was prepared by taking silicone resin as basic material,mica powder,french chalk,silicon miropowder and alumina as filler and ferric oxide as paint,which could endure 800 ℃×36 h ageing process with no surface change,sealing pressure greater than or equal to 2 5 MPa.The two sealing materials could be used to high temperature sealing of metal slit and high temperature protection of metal surface.
