摘要 介绍了多维聚硅烷的分类 ,综述了近年来其合成方法的研究进展 ,重点介绍了网状聚硅烷、枝状聚硅烷、树枝状聚硅烷和有机硅纳米胶束 ,并对多维聚硅烷作为一种新型光电材料的前景进行了展望。 Different types of multidimensional polysilanes were briefly introduced,and the progress in the study of the synthesis was summarized.Polysilanes dendrimer was introduced in detail especially.In addition,the outlook of multidimensional polysilanes as a new type optical and electrical material was described.
