不同基因型烟草成熟期钾在植株内的迁移特征 被引量:8

摘要 选取4个典型烟草基因型,通过砂培试验收集烟草茎伤流液,根据Jeschke,W.D.等提出的模型计算成熟期烟草钾的转移量。通过对不同基因型烟草钾的转移特征进行比较分析发现,钾效率不同的基因型成熟期钾的转移存在很大差异,一般的钾高效基因型钾的转移利于叶片中钾的积累,而钾低效基因型钾的转移不利于钾在叶片中积累。同时发现不同基因型烟草在成熟期都出现钾流失现象,不同基因型钾流失的相对量存在较大差异。成熟期钾的流失最高的基因型TI245,钾的流失可占到钾积累量的93.7%,流失量最少的基因型G-28也占到钾积累量的11.3%。可见烟草成熟期钾的流失现象是比较严重的,这可能是造成烟草成熟期烟叶含钾量降低的重要原因。 Sand culture experiment was carried out to sample bleeding sap of the stems of four typical tobacco genotypes. The transfering amount of potassium was calculated in maturing stage following the model of Jeschke,W.D. and significant differences was observed. Generally the transference of potassium in potassium high-efficient genotypes contributed to the accumulation of potassium in tobacco leaves while not in potassium low-efficient genotypes. TI245 lost 93.7 percent of the accumulated potassium while G-28 lost 11.3 percent. The loss of potassium appeared an important reason for the decrease of potassium content of tobacco leaves during maturing stage.
