摘要 简明地介绍了稳健可靠性研究的工程背景,将Ben Haim提出的稳健可靠性引入到结构的可靠性分析与设计中,针对Ben Haim提出的稳健可靠性度量指标的不足,定义了一种无量纲的稳健可靠性度量指标,对元件和系统的稳健可靠性进行了分析,给出了基于凸集模型的稳健可靠性设计准则,最后以实例说明系统稳健可靠性的求法以及所提出的稳健可靠性准则的正确性和实用性. The development of robust reliability theory is introduced briefly, and the robust reliability theory proposed by Ben-Haim is applied to reliability analysis and design of structure. The deficiency of the robust reliability proposed by Ben-Haim is pointed out, and a new kind of robust reliability index without dimension is defined. The robust reliability of the component and the system are analyzed. A new robust reliability criterion is derived based on convex models. An example is given to show how to derive robust reliability index of system, and another example show the correctness and feasibility of the proposed criterion on robust reliability.
