摘要
通过分析铸铁平板接触点面积现行检测方法中存在的不足,提出一种先进的检测方法像素检测法.该方法以图像的像素多少来表征图像的面积大小,即将扫描所获得的铸铁平板的接触点图像,通过计算机进行像素计算,求出铸铁平板接触点面积的比率,以检测其精度等级.通过实例验证,它是一种性能优越、检测准确的先进方法.建议补充标准JB/T7974 1999.
By analyzing a flaw in the current measuring method of cast iron surface plate's contiguous area, an improved method—pixel-counting measurement, which can translate the contiguous area to the number of pixels, is introduced. First, the plate to be measured is scanned by scanner, and then a computer communicating with the scanner generates a picture. After that, the pixels of the picture is analyzed and processed by the computer, to rate the surface's accuracy. It is demonstrated by some samples that the new method is more accurate than the one provided by industrial standard JB/T7974-1999. It is suggested the standard to be improved partly.
