摘要
试用期限是劳动合同的一个重要组成部份,对于劳动合同的双方都具有重要的意义。我国应完善有关 法律,对试用期限作出系统明确的规定,以防止用人单位利用试用期限损害劳动者的合法权益。
The period of probation is an important in labor contract, which is significant to both sides of the contract. We should perfect relevant law and determine clearly the system of period of probation to protect the legal profits of employees in the period of probation.
