The problems of Fanzhi arise in the process of using the norm of conflict to choose criterion. According to subjective condition, lawful condition, objective condition and the practice of the problems of Fanzhi in different countries and areas, the application and development of Fanzhi has also got certain limitation. We should take full consideration of our country's actual need to draw up international administration of justice and system of Fanzhi applying to our reality.
