摘要
非全日制研究生教育具有开放性、多样性和职业性特征,但在培养观念上具有惟学术性,管理模式上等 同于全日制。规范和完善非全日制研究生教育在于改革学位制度,引入完全学分制,运用网络开放教育,并强化教育 质量的管理与监督。
The non-full-time postgraduate education has the characteristics of openness, variety and professional, while in cultivating concept.it shares the feature of academic, in managerial mode, it equals full-time education. To standardize and perfect non-full-time postargraduate education lies in the reform of degree system, introducing credit system,open education with the help of network and strengthening the management and supervision of quality education.
