Comparative Study of Sino-USA Civil Jury System

本文通过对中美两国陪审制度的比较,提示我们关注既往制度的缺陷和诉讼改革中存在的问题,以期取长补短,使我们司法制度的改革能够顺利进行。

Through comparing the jury system of the two countries,this article makes us pay close attention to the defects of the old system and the problems exist in the reformation of our civil litigation. So as to overcome ours weakness by acquiring their strong points and assist the reformation of our country's legal system proceed smoothly.
