心理素质训练课的教学设计

在心理健康教育活动蓬勃开展之时,心理素质训练课作为其主要教育途径之一,它的教学设计已成为理论和实践研究的重要课题。本文从教育目标的制订、学习者起始状态的诊断与分析、教学内容的选择与组织、教学方法和媒体的运用、教学评价五个方面分析了心理素质训练课的教学设计应注意的问题,提出了自己的看法,以期对增强当前的心理健康教育活动的针对性和实效性提供借鉴。

During the spread of psychological health education activities psychological competence training course is regarded as one of the major education means and its teaching design has become one important theoretical and practical research subject. In the five aspect of the set of teaching goal, the diagnosis and analysis of learners,, initiative, the selection and organization of teaching content, the application of teaching methods and media and the teaching appraisal, the article analyses the deserved attention problems and put forward my idea to enlighten its direction and efficiency.
