摘要
知识经济时代对传统管理提出了新的挑战,但同时它也为管理变革与创新奠定了现实基础,我们应从管理的经营理念、管理重心、管理制度、组织、经营发展战略等方面进行变革与创新,管理变革与创新是回应知识经济必由之路。
Knowledge-driven epoch has brought challenge to traditional management, in the meanwhile it has established foundation for management reform and innovation. We should carry out management reform and innovation in terms of concepts, focus, system, organization, and managing and developing strategy, etc. In a word, management reform and innovation is the certain rote for knowledge-driven economy.
