摘要
本文基于对当前“质量热”的冷静分析,结合清溢公司推行零缺陷管理的实践经验,积极探索了现代质量的根源问题,从领导、文化、机制、组织、基础、标准、预防、系统八个方面论证了企业如何保证长期可靠的高品质,为中国企业走质量经营之路提供参考。
Integrating the experience of Zero Defects Management practised in Supermask ,the author actively studies the root causes of the common quality based on the calm considering about the recent ' Quality Passion', demonstrates about a company how to guarantee perennial and reliable high-quality from eight aspects include leadership? culture? policy? structure? basis? criterion? prevention ?system , provides the reference how to keep the way of Quality Management for Chinese companies.
