摘要
通过丙烯酸类单体与环氧树脂接枝共聚反应,在环氧树脂中引入强亲水性基团—COOH,使树脂水性化。研究了环氧树脂分子质量、单体种类、溶剂及反应条件对接枝共聚物水分散稳定性的影响,并考查了漆膜的固化条件。所得涂膜附着力、柔韧性、耐水性很好,可用作罐头内壁涂料和防腐涂料。
Epoxy resin was modified by graft copolymerization with acrylate monomers and the strong hydrophilic group—COOH was interlinked in chain.The waterborne epoxy-acrylate emulsion was synthesized.The factors affecting the emulsion stability,such as molecular weight of epoxy resin,nonomers,solvents and the reaction conditions were also studied.The conditions of cure were studied too.The film coating had good adhesion,flexibility and resistance to water.
