从微观层面看本次利率调整

本文从微观视角,通过五个方面,分析了本次①利率调整,双管齐下,将从实质上甚至制度上解决经济金融领域中长期存在的一些深层次问题,并且兼顾了人民群众的利益,对促进我国经济的增长起到了积极的作用。但由于制度发挥作用的时滞,短期内有些矛盾与问题仍将存在,同时也会有新问题产生,因此,必须作好相应的配套工作,以切实发挥利率杠杆在经济发展中的核心作用。

From microcosmic-lay, and through five visual angles, this paper analyses the functions of this time interest-rate-adjustment, which will solve those problems, deeply blocked Chinese economic develop, from system and practice. In the case of time-lag, the functions of interest rate policy can't fully play, there are sill some inconsistency, even new problems. It should be done to issue correlative measure immediately to ravel out those, so that the effect of interest-rate as capital price can be fully taken.
