补阳还五胶囊中大黄的定性定量测定 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :建立补阳还五胶囊的定性定量分析方法。方法 :采用薄层色谱法对补阳还五胶囊中大黄进行鉴别 ;HPLC法对大黄中有效成分大黄素进行含量测定 ,色谱柱 :DiamonsilODS柱 (2 5 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5 μm ) ;流动相 :甲醇— 0 .1%磷酸(90 10 ) ;流速 :1ml/min ;柱温 :4 0℃ ;检测波长 :2 5 4nm。结果 :补阳还五胶囊与大黄酸对照药品在TLC色谱中相同的位置上显橙黄色荧光斑点 ;标准曲线的回归方程为 :Y =1.4 0 30 5× 10 -5- 0 .176 70 ,r =0 .999,样品在 0 .0 2 94~ 0 .14 7μg含量范围内线性关系良好。结论 :定性定量方法简便易行 ,专属性强 ,重现性好 。 Objective: To build the method of analyzing the nature and content of Buyanghuanwu capsule. Method: To identify the Radix et Rhizoma Rhei contained in Buyanghuanwu capsule by TLC; To determine the content of Emodin in Radix et Rhizoma Rhei by HPLC; Column: Diamonsil ODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm), Mobile phase: carbinol--0.1% phosphorus acid( 9010), Flowing speed: 1ml/min, Temperature: 40℃, Wavelength: 254nm. Result: In Buyanghuanwu capsule and the control leechdom of rhein, it takes on orange and yellow fluorescence spot in the same place of TLC column; The recursive equation of standard curve: Y=1.40305×10 -5-0.17670,r=0.999, The linearity relationship of sample is fine in the range from 0.0294~0.147μg. Result: The method determine the characteristics and content is handy and viable, and has a good recurrence, so it can supply the proof to the quality standard of Buyanghuanwu capsule.
