摘要 钢铁企业生产废水成分复杂,水质不稳定,利用膜处理技术回收废水难度较大。太钢企业生产废水经过曝气、加药混凝、沉淀、多介质过滤、微滤、保安过滤后,达到反渗透膜进水要求,经一级、二级反渗透处理后,达到除盐水水质标准,节约了水资源。 Composition of the waste water from production of iron and steel enterprises is very complicated and the water quality is unstable. Therefore, it is hard to recover the waste water by the membrane treatment technology. The waste water from production of Taiyuan Iron & Steel Co. has reached the requirements of water feeding of the anti-penetration membrane after it is treated by the following procedures: aeration, flocculation, multi-medium filtration, micro-filtration and safety filter. The water quality has reached the standard of desalting water after the anti-penetration treatment of the first level and second level, which has saved water resource.
