摘要
在工艺成熟的3AⅡ-13型煤气发生炉使用褐煤生产煤气,问题很多,尤其目前煤炭资源紧张。抚钢拓宽原料的应用渠道,对设备工艺进行了适当改造,使褐煤能够在以烟煤为原料的3AⅡ-13混合煤气发生炉上生产工业化。
There were many problems when gas was produced by lignite in the 3AII-13 gas producer with the mature process. Recently, there was a shortage of coal resource. Fushun Special Steel Co. Ltd. widened application channels of raw materials and carried out an appropriate reconstruction of the equipment and process, so as to realize production industrialization by lignite in the 3AII-13 mixture gas producer that usually used bituminite as raw material.
