摘要
阐述了SP-3430气相色谱仪做煤气热值分析的方法,对其进样系统进行改造,同时选定了最佳分析条件和数椐处理参数;对方法做了重现性及准确度的考察,结果表明,与化学分析方法相比,其重现性好、准确度高,在煤气热值分析中取得了满意效果。
The analytic method of gas caloric value by SP-3430 gas chromatograph instrument was expounded, and the sample feeding system was reconstructed. Meanwhile, the optimum analytic conditions and datum processing parameters were selected. The reappearance and accuracy of the method were researched. The results showed that compared with the chemical analytic method, this method had good reappearance and high accuracy and obtained satisfactory effect in analysis of the gas caloric value.
