摘要
目的总结32例老年患者冠状动脉旁路移植手术的临床经验。方法本组男27例,女5例,年龄70～80岁,平均73.23±2.81岁,均为多支病变。合并恶性肿瘤、外周血管病变、慢性肾功能不全、慢性阻塞性肺病和陈旧性脑梗塞的病例比例较高。手术均在浅低温体外循环完成。动脉桥26例、静脉桥71支。室壁瘤切除或折叠6例,同时行瓣膜置换2例。结果术后早期(30天内)无死亡。围术期心梗1例(占3.1%)。随访1～15个月,全组无死亡。结论老年患者冠状动脉旁路移植术可以安全完成。
Objective To review the results of coronary artery bypass graft surgery in the elderly. Methods In 32 cases, 27 males and 5 females, the age range from 70 years to 80 years, the mean age is (73.23±2.81)years. Multiple vessel disease, malignancy, peripheral vessel disease, chronic renal dysfunction, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and old cerebral infarction were common in the elderly. Operations were performed under cardio-pulmonary bypass in mild hypothermia. There were 26 arterial grafts, 71 venous grafts. Dor's operation and simple linear plication of left ventricle aneurysm were in 6 cases. Valvular replacement in 2 cases. Results There was no early death within 30 days, 1 perioperative myocardial infarction (3.1%). During the follow-up (1month to 15 months), there was no death. Conclusion Coronary artery bypass graft surgery can be safely performed in the elderly.
