摘要
目的 建立RP-HPLC测定天麻中天麻素含量的分析方法。方法 优化药材的提取及色谱的分析方法得分离良好的色谱图，外标法定量。色谱柱：Hypersil ODS色谱柱(4．6×250mm)；流动相：甲醇-0．1％冰醋酸水溶液(5：95)；检测波长：270nm。结果 色谱图中12个峰均可用其进行准确定量，其中天麻素含量测定的线性范围为0．60～2．41μg(r=0．9999)，平均加样回收率为97．85％，RSD=1．17％(n=5)。结论 本方法简便，准确，重现性好，可用于天麻中天麻素的含量测定，同时也可用于其它水溶性成分的定量。
Objective To constitute the analytical method for determination gastrodin in Gastrodia elata Bl. by RP-HPLC. Method Optimize the extracting and separate method to get the superior spectrum for quantilizing gastrodin by standard curve. HPLC analysis was carried out with C18 column and methanol-0. l%acetic acid (5 : 95) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 270 nm. Result Twelve peaks can be used for quantity, in which gastrodin was determinated with 0. 60-2. 41 μg (r=0. 9999) as the linear range and 97. 85% (RSD=1. 17%, n = 5) as the average recovery. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable and good recurrence. It can be used to determine gastrodin in Gastrodia elata Bl. , and other water soluble constituents as well.
