热传导预热装置及在SLS直接成形金属件过程中作用的研究

摘要 提出了在SLS系统上应用热传导式预热方式的设想,并设计出预热装置,成功地烧结出了金属件。结果表明该装置加热功率分布均匀,总加热功率小,热效率高,采取的隔热措施合理,满足了SLS系统的预热要求。 The idea of applying with the conducting heat to preheating powder bed in the SLS system was presented and the preheating device was designed. The metallic part was made with this kind of the preheating device. The results show that the device has the advantages as follows: the heating power distributing is very uniform; the total power is small; the efficiency of the power is high; the heat insulation structure is reasonable. And it satisfies the demand of SLS system for preheating to sintering metal powders.
