摘要
采用高频设计技术,将来自超声传感器的高频信号经过高频放大、A/D转换、高速缓存等处理,然后通过PCI总线送入PC机中,解决了超声检测过程中高速大容量数据存储和传输的问题。该系统占用一个PCI插槽,采样频率最高可达105MHz,可满足绝大多数超声波检测数据实时采集的需要。
Using high frequency developing technology,the high frequency signal coming from ultrasoic sensor is transferred to the PC through PCI Bus after being high frequency amplifiered,A/ D converted and high speed accumulated. It solves the problem of high-speed, big capacity storing and transmitting of the spot testing data. A PCI slot is used in the system which sampling frequency can reach 105 MHz. It can satisfy the requirements of most ultrasonic testing real-time acquisition.
