摘要
凝血系统在缺血性脑血管病的发生发展过程中发挥着重要作用。组织因子途径抑制物作为一 种生理性抗凝物质,即外源性凝血途径起始步骤的生理性抑制物,与缺血性脑血管病的关系密切。文 章重点介绍了组织因子途径抑制物在缺血性脑血管病中的变化、作用机制及其临床治疗前景。
Blood coagulation system plays an important role in the occurrence and development of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. As a physiological anticoagulant, the tissue factor pathway inhibitor, namely the physiological inhibitor of the extrinsic coagulation pathway in the initial step is closely associated with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. The paper mainly describes the changes of tissue factor pathway inhibitor, mechanisms of action and its clinical prospect in ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
