摘要
高职教育的目的和本质特征决定了高职学生是一个处于职业准备阶段的特殊群体;而职业理想是统领人的职业准备和职业实践活动的核心要素。激发高职生的学习动机,全面提升高职生综合素质的关键在于加强职业理想教育。高职生是一个渴望得到职业理想教育的学生群体。职业理想教育要紧紧围绕职业认知、职业情感和职业目标教育三个主要内容,贯穿于高职教育的始终。
The purpose and characteristics of higher vocational education determine that the students under such education are taken as a special group at a stage of vocational preparation. The vocational ideal education is thus the essential factor to guide vocational preparation and practice and is the key to educate the students to all-round development. It includes education of vocational cognition, vocational emotion education and vocational objective education and it should be taken through the whole process of higher vocational education.
