摘要
合理确定国有企业经营者的薪酬是非常重要的。文章从我国国有企业经营者薪酬的现状出发,剖析了产生这种现状的几点主要原因。在此基础上,文章提出了解决国有企业经营薪酬问题的若干对策。
It is very important to rationally set the pay to the manager of state-owned enterprise.This paper analyses the present condition of such pay and the cause for it and advances some ways to deal with such issue.
