论毛泽东民本法制思想的历史轨迹与实践效应

On the Historical Track of Mao Zedong Humanism Legal System and its Practical Effectiveness

过去社会上误认为毛泽东不重视法治,甚至践踏法律,进而搞自己的个人崇拜,致使理论界也一度对毛泽东的民本法制思想未引起高度重视以展开全面系统深入的研究。

In the past, people wrongly held Mao Zedong didn't take legal system seriously, people even thought he looked down upon it and he was always thinking that everybody should respect him. So scholars didn't pay much attention to the study of his thought about humanism legal system, and there was no systematically study of it in China. This is the reason why I write this essey. The paper explores Mao Zedong's humanism legal system from its historical and cultural resources and its developing process. Based on this the author put forward his own view about it.
